Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Shipping Insurance

Overview

Medications are not standard consumer products, and for safety reasons, once they have left our custody, they cannot be returned, reused, or resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations, and we are not liable for items lost or delayed in transit unless the patient has selected our optional shipping insurance at checkout.

Meds for Less Shipping Insurance is an optional add-on available at checkout, providing enhanced protection against delivery issues. Because medications cannot be returned, reused, or resold, this insurance offers patients added assurance in cases of loss, delay, or delivery errors beyond our standard liability.

What’s Covered Without Shipping Insurance

Patients are eligible for a refund or, in some cases, a replacement under the following circumstances:
• Wrong item shipped
• Wrong quantity shipped
• Order rejected by our clinical team
• Order cancelled before dispatch

The following situations are not covered without additional shipping insurance:

• Orders cancelled after dispatch but before arrival
• Returned orders (even if unopened and unused)
• Items delayed in transit (including cold-chain delivery items)
• Items sent to the wrong address (whether due to user input error or postal service mistake)
• Items lost in transit
