1. Order creation

We offer treatment for a wide variety of conditions, infections, and ailments on our website. Before completing a text-based consultation, you can learn more about these conditions and the medicines which treat them.

2. Online Consultation

You can choose the brand, strength and quantity that you wish to purchase, then you will receive an email notification after your consultation has been approved, and you will be able to see the treatment selections that the prescriber believes are appropriate.

  • Simple and fast. – Our consultations can be completed quickly and easily online. Taking your health, medical history and describing the condition you wish to treat are similar to those at a GP appointment.
 
  • Helpful prescribers. – GPhC-registered independent prescribers review every consultation as soon as possible, and you will be notified once all reviews are complete.
 
  • Communication that is clear. – Upon review, you will be notified whether your consultation was approved or rejected. If you are refused treatment, you will be told why and requested to seek alternative medical treatment.
 

3. Getting your delivery

When you order and purchase a treatment, it will be prepared in a licensed pharmacy quickly. At the checkout, you can choose from a range of delivery options with take come in to affect after dispensing, Royal Mail or Next day delivery.

  • Flexible delivery options. – We offer a variety of shipping methods, including options that may cost a little extra but guarantee delivery the following day, ensuring that you receive your medication promptly.
 
  • Packaging that is discreet. – In order to provide a discreet and private service, our packaging bears no logo or other indication of what is inside.
