We understand that you may have some inquiries about our products/services offered at Meds for Less, and we're here to provide you with answers. In this section, we've compiled a list of common questions we receive from our valued customers.

Please Note, we use Special Delivery for our Guaranteed Service, and Tracked 24 for our Next Day Service,

*Important note – Tracked 24* does not guarantee next day delivery – this is the name of the service. Our experience is that the TRACKED 24 parcels flow through the postal network more quickly on average. Often arriving next day, as opposed to Royal Mail Standard Delivery.

Next day is only available where item is shown in stock, orders eligible for the next day delivery, must have a status of paid on or before 15:00pm, Monday to Friday. 

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day will guarantee next day delivery before 1pm (5:30pm in some areas, please check the Royal Mail link below for details) Mon – Sat.

Please note that this service is only available for delivery to UK addresses – some restrictions apply. Please check this list for postcodes which are not covered.

Hold: your order is on hold

Between 09:00am and 15:00pm, Monday to Friday this status will change.

Prescriber: Pending Signature

The Doctor is reviewing your consultation.

Pharmacy: Currently being dispensed

Your signed prescription is now at the pharmacy being processed

Delivery: Out for delivery

Tracking will be sent to you before 18:00 today

As a responsible healthcare provider, Meds for Less monitor orders placed through our website and assume usage based on dosage instructions.

If you place multiple orders in quick succession, order multiple medicines that may interact with one another, or order medicines in quantities that would be deemed clinically unsafe, Meds for Less may place your order into a retention cycle i.e. Delay shipment until deemed clinically safe to provide you with additional medicines.

We take data security very seriously.

This is private Healthcare and will not share data unless given the permission to expressly do so, with your GP and or any other Healthcare body.

Any information shared with Meds for Less will remain strictly confidential.

We currently accept Visa or Mastercard.

If you’re experiencing severe side-effects you should call 999 immediately. If you’re experiencing less severe side-effects you should call 111 and consult the patient information leaflet issued by the manufacturer. 

If you’re ordering from outside the UK you’ll need to contact admin@medsforless.co.uk before we can process your order.

We aim to deliver to the Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands and Northern Ireland in less than 48 hours after your order has been approved.

All medicines are dispensed from licenced and regulated pharmacies based in the United Kingdom.

If your order was placed anytime before 15:00pm on any week day, you will receive a tracking update before 18:00pm.

 

To ensure a discreet and private service, our packaging does not bear our logo or any other clue to its contents.

 

 

The online consultation is a short medical questionnaire that is easy to understand and quick to complete. The questions are similar to those that would be asked at a GP appointment, such as about your medical history and the condition you are looking to treat.

An independent prescriber registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) will review your consultation as soon as possible and you will be notified once the review is complete.

 

 

Consultations are designed to see if a treatment is right for you, answer truthfully and honestly as this is the criteria you will be assessed upon by the prescriber.

All of our medication is 100% genuine, sourced in the UK and effective at delivering results. You will usually need to select the strength and pack size on the medicine that you want.

 

 

When you apply for a medication, you will be asked specific questions before purchase to see if the medication is right for you.

This is an ongoing Developer issue, and we are working on it in the background.

Please enter your year of birth field first, then enter the other details in any order; month or day of birth, it will work fine! 

Alternatively, please email or call one of the team, and we will change this for you. 

 

Tracking numbers, for the day’s orders, are sent out at 5:30pm Every evening Monday to Friday.

Returns

Orders can be cancelled anytime before 16:00pm on the day the order was created, after this time it’s popped in the post, and we can’t do much as it’s on its way to you.

Please use the complaints procedure and keep a log of your ticket number, in any case please do not hesitate to get a hold of any one of the team.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot issue refunds on products that have already been shipped. Medicines must be stored correctly, and the tamperproof packaging must be intact.

Once returned to sender, please advise our customer service team by raising a support ticket here.

Once we have received and processed your returned order (which can take up to 2 weeks), it can take 3-5 working days for you to receive a refund. The amount of time can vary and is dependent on your bank.

Compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after
